enableHR helps REEF transform its member value proposition

In 2010 it became clear to Greg Paterson, Executive Director of the Real Estate Employers Federation (NSW) (REEF) that tough economic times coupled with the introduction of a national industrial framework and modern award system and better resourced Government authority (FWO) may start to raise questions in his 1,500 members minds of the continued value in remaining a member of his association.

This perfect storm prompted Greg to contact enableHR to find a way to add greater value to his membership service offering, or face greater membership churn and declining member revenues.

enableHR worked with REEF to configure the system to meet the specific needs of his real estate members, including specific modern awards, wages, templates and workflows. By master licensing the system, enableHR became the HR and IR platform through which all REEF members could access critical advice and manage employees through each stage of the employment lifecycle.

With the introduction of WHS legislation in January 2012, REEF was able to provide all members with an immediate system for access to relevant templates and WHS policies, and managing hazards, incidents and consultations.
