We’d like to reassure all our clients, customers and suppliers that enableHR are open for business as usual during the coronavirus pandemic.

We’re well set up to continue operating as normal. Apart from some internal changes to the way our staff are working, the services and level of support you experience will remain unchanged.

In a nutshell:

Our offices are still open.

All our Australian offices are open, and teams remain working in Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane (until otherwise directed by Government).

All our staff are working.

All our staff are fully functional and performing their roles as normal, whether in the office* or working from home (WFH). For those who are in the office – like the advisors on our Telephone Advisory Service – we’re alternating teams, operating a rigorous hygiene and cleaning regimen, and increasing our physical office setup to support social distancing of every employee.

You can contact us as usual.

Reach out by all the usual means – we’re still here. All our staff across every location, whether WFH, isolating or in the office, are contactable for clients, customers and suppliers through virtual and remote working tools and channels.

All our lawyers are available.

The best team of workplace relations specialists in Australia is here for you. In Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, all our lawyers are contactable and working as normal.

All our advisors are available.

You’ll get the same level of 24/7, award-winning telephone support from our TAS team. Call us as you normally would. Our advisors have already helped many customers and clients with the coronavirus challenges facing their businesses.

All our developers are working.

enableHR is up and running. They’ll stay up and running as normal. The servers, the tech support, and the continued development of new features and integrations to the software will continue as normal.

We’re reviewing our events calendar and contacting attendees.

We plan to continue all our events, so we’ll be getting in touch with people who’ve registered and giving them new details for how to attend online.

At enableHR, we’re monitoring developments by the hour, and we’ll continue to provide you with useful updates, insights and content to help you navigate emerging issues. Keep an eye on our social media pages and any emails we send you.

And remember, if you’re ever unsure of your obligations as an employer or would like to discuss your operational responsibilities, we’re here to help.

Sincerely,

All of us at enableHR
