New user of the ERMS?

If you are an ARA member but have never used the ERMS, your username and temporary password are available in an email sent to you by "info@enablehr.com.au". However, if you or another person have accessed the ERMS already your temporary password is no longer valid.

NOTE: The ERMS username and password is not the username and password for www.retail.org.au.

Never received your email to access the ERMS?

If you are an ARA member you may request an invitation to use the ERMS. However, the invitation can only be sent to the email address already registered with the ARA.


Lost your username or password?

If you do not know your username or password for the ERMS, please click the button below to request a new one. An email with instructions to change the password will be sent to the email address already registered with the ERMS only. To request a new password you must know your ARA Member ID.

 

Can I request my ERMS password over the phone?

If your ERMS account has already been activated, it is not possible for a telephone operator to view your password or provide login information over the phone. They can amend your contact email if it is incorrect.

If your account has not been accessed, the telephone operator can send an ERMS invitation to a new email address.
