enableHR is available in three editions. Click on each tab below to compare the pricing options.
Smaller Business Edition
enableHR is priced based on an annual subscription fee. The price depends on the complexity of the industry, the amount of customisation needed and the size of your business.
If your business fits within one of or standard industry editions, click on the industry for pricing information. You can sign up immediately via an online payment.
enableHR — Real Estate for Real Estate employers
enableHR — Finance for Mortgage Brokers affected by the modern award and NCCP compliance
enableHR — Clubs for Clubs covered by the Registered and Licensed Clubs Award and related industrial instruments
enableHR — Retail, exclusive to Australian Retailers Association members
If your industry is not listed, please contact us for a needs analysis, identifying applicable awards, EBAs, the number of employees etc. We may already be working on the version that suits you best.
By completing our Needs Analysis, we will be able to develop a proposal that meets your needs.
Association / Franchise Edition
enableHR is easily tailored to a specific industry of franchise system to assist members and franchisees to manage the complexity of HR and IR compliance.
enableHR currently has 3 pricing models:
Model 1 — Master License
The master License allows the association / franchise to hold a master license for the enableHR system and provide the customised system to its members / franchisees as a complimentary or fee-based service.
Model 2 — User Pays
The User Pays model involves first customising the enableHR system for the association / franchise system. The enableHR system is promoted through the network as an endorsed product, but each member is responsible for purchasing an individual license.
Member / franchisee discounts are available under the model.
Model 3 — Hybrid
The Hybrid model combines the offerings in Models 1 and 2 to enable every member / franchisee to access a core element of the customised system as part of their membership / franchise, with the member / franchise able to purchase an upgrade to the full feature-set later.

The power of the enableHR — Enterprise solution is its ability to customise the workflows and templates to align it with the internal practices of the business.
The business is free to adopt some or all of the enableHR template contracts, letters and policies, saving potentially thousands of dollars in document development costs.
Enterprise Pricing Model
enableHR — Enterprise has a two stage pricing model:
Stage 1 — A one-off set up fee, which includes customisation and integration requirements
Stage 2 — A monthly or annual license fee, which includes all hosting, back up, upgrades and support requirements
