Workflow

This is a brief list of some of the workflows included with enableHR. Workflows are executed through a simple electronic process that tracks your progress, sets reminders, and links each step to the relevant documents, notes and records. Each workflow includes best practice advice, information, guides and templates.

Employee Management

• Hiring a candidate, including interview
• New Employee Induction
• Counselling for Poor Performance
• Counselling for Misconduct
• Conduct a Scheduled Performance Review

Employee Termination

• Termination by employee (resignation or abandonment)
• Termination by employer for cause (e.g. poor performance)
• Summary (immediate) termination (e.g. serious misconduct)
• Termination within the Minimum Employment Period
• Termination for a Genuine Redundancy
• Termination of a casual employee
